- Sample, batch/lot, and chain-of-custody details as received
- Method and instrument parameters (column, mobile phase, flow, detection)
- Chromatogram from the actual analytical run
- Peak results table with retention time, area, area%, and resolution
- System suitability with acceptance criteria
- Reviewed and authorized by BioChex personnel before issue
- QR code and validation key for online verification
- SHA-256 hash printed on the official PDF for tamper-evidence

- BioChex does not currently advertise ISO/IEC 17025, FDA, CLIA, CAP, or DEA accreditation. Any future accreditation will be documented with verifiable references.
