Last updated May 2, 2026

By submitting samples to or using the services of BioChex (8275 S Eastern Ave #200, Las Vegas, NV 89123), you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of services

BioChex performs HPLC and other analytical services on samples submitted by customers. Available methods depend on sample type, analyte, method suitability, and BioChex procedures.

2. Results apply only to samples received

All results, statements of conformity, and Certificates of Analysis apply only to the sample(s) as received and identified at submission. Conclusions about a wider lot, batch, or production run are the customer's responsibility.

3. No medical or regulatory claims

BioChex does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. We do not certify products as safe, effective, lawful, or approved by any regulatory body unless a specific accreditation is documented in writing.

4. Customer responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the lawful and safe handling and shipment of submitted materials, including any required permits, licensing, or hazard disclosures. BioChex may refuse, return, or destroy any sample at its discretion.

5. Reproduction of reports

Certificates of Analysis shall not be reproduced except in full and without written approval of BioChex. Selective excerpts that materially alter the meaning of a report are prohibited.

6. Verification portal

The /verify portal is provided as a courtesy to confirm the authenticity of a BioChex Certificate of Analysis. The portal returns only the source-of-truth data BioChex has authorized for that report. The current revision status (Issued, Revised, Superseded, Voided) takes precedence over any printed copy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioChex's liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. BioChex is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Confidentiality

Sample data and customer information are treated as confidential and shared only with the commissioning customer and parties they authorize in writing, except as required by law.

9. Changes

BioChex may update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
